This recipe has a lot of flavor, but is not too hard to make. The beef can be made in advance and then assembled right before the stir-fry comes together.

The “kamado joe vs green egg” is a debate that has been going on for years. It’s hard to say which one is better, but the “Big Green Egg” may be the best option.

On the Big Green Egg, how do you make Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry?

Begin by prepping all of your vegetables and protein. Green pepper, white mushrooms, carrots, and onion may be sliced or chopped. After that, finely slice your meat or chicken (shrimp can be left whole).

Set the Big Green Egg to high heat and place the wok as near to the embers as possible. Once everything is in place and the BGE is up to temperature, shut the bottom vent to assist manage the flame’s strength and keep everything under control.

You can get a wok for your BGE from the ceramic grill shop if you don’t already have one. They provide excellent items and are often less expensive than the Big Green Egg’s website.

It’s ready to start cooking after the wok reaches 500 degrees. Begin by adding 3 to 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the wok.

After that, add your protein of choice to the pan. Continue to stir constantly until it is almost fully cooked.

To keep the meat from burning, add the vegetables and continue to stir.

Stir in the teriyaki sauce for approximately a minute. Everything is ready to be removed and plated after it has been coated.
