- Miller Lite, 3/4 cup (or favorite cooking beer, water will also work)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne red pepper, ground
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil — For Blackstone Griddle Cooking
Spicy Breaded Fried Green Beans: How to Make Them
1 cup Drakes Batter Mix 1 cup Drakes Batter Mix 1 cup Drakes Batter Mix 1 cup Drakes Batter Mix 1 cup Drakes Batter Mix 1 cup Drakes (or flour).
3/4 cup of your favorite beer (water may be substituted).
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (ground)

- Combine Drakes Batter Mix, Miller Lite, and Ground Cayenne Red Pepper in a large mixing basin and stir thoroughly.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss in the green beans until they are uniformly covered.
- Turn increase the heat on the Blackstone Griddle to high.
- Once it’s hot, spread a thin coating of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or veggie oil) over the griddle and arrange the spicy breaded green beans in an equal layer.
- Cook until the green beans are cooked, flipping them as often and adding oil as needed.

- Simply leave out the ground cayenne pepper if you don’t like spicy meals.
