  2. Set the Big Green Egg to a temperature of 190-200 degrees. The plate setter / conv”egg”tor should be put with the feet pointing upward in this indirect cook.
  3. Add the bourbon meatball dutch oven to the BGE after it has reached a consistent temperature of 190-200 degrees.
  4. Stir the meatballs after one hour. If you just want a little of smoke, leave the lid cracked and continue to cook for the remainder of the time. Allow the bourbon meatballs to simmer without a cover for the full cooking time if you like a smokier taste.
  5. If a meatball is done, take it from the pan, serve, and enjoy!
