- Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 cup each
- 1 yellow pepper (each)

Philly Cheese Steaks: How to Make Them
Begin by chopping your leftover smoked prime rib into thin slices. If you don’t have this, thinly sliced rib-eyes will suffice to make a Philly cheese steak that’s nearly as good.
All veggies should be diced.
Slice the mushrooms and toss them in.
Cooking Delectable Philly Cheese Steaks
Fire up the Blackstone griddle, which I love to use for high-heat cooking. Add the vegetables and mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are softened.
Cook the prime rib / rib-eye when the vegetables are done.
When the steak is done, combine all of the Ingredients and press them to one side of the griddle. Apply a coating of extra virgin olive oil on the opposite side.
To toast the buns to your satisfaction, open them up and drop them face down in the oil.

Instructions
- Set aside the remaining prime rib or rib-eye that has been thinly sliced.
- Dice the Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Yellow Onion and Mushrooms, White and set aside.
- Fire up the Blackstone Griddle, which I use to cook on high all of the time.
- Prepare the veggies on the Blackstone by sautéing them. Cook the cut prime rib / steaks once the sauce is finished.
- When both are done, combine them and push them to the side of the Blackstone.
- Lay Provolone is a kind of cheese. over the top to melt.
- While the cheese is melting, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the griddle and toast the buns on the facing side.
- When the buns are done, fold the cheese steak in half and tuck it inside the buns before plating them. Enjoy!

Personally, I prefer to spread mayo on the top bun before eating, and my wife like mustard as well. Enjoy!
