Instructions

  1. Set aside the remaining prime rib or rib-eye that has been thinly sliced.
  2. Dice the Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Yellow Onion and Mushrooms, White and set aside.
  3. Fire up the Blackstone Griddle, which I use to cook on high all of the time.
  4. Prepare the veggies on the Blackstone by sautéing them. Cook the cut prime rib / steaks once the sauce is finished.
  5. When both are done, combine them and push them to the side of the Blackstone.
  6. Lay Provolone is a kind of cheese. over the top to melt.
  7. While the cheese is melting, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on the griddle and toast the buns on the facing side.
