Although the honey smoked chicken was originally prepared in the oven, it is much superior when prepared on the Big Green Egg. You’ll get a bit of that great smoke flavor when you cook it on the BGE!

  3. Mix in remaining Ingredients (honey, mustard, salt & curry powder).
  4. Place the chicken in a cast iron pan and baste it until it is well coated.
  5. On the Big Green Egg, place the cast iron skillet with the chicken (which should be dialed into about 350 degrees).
