Hot Sauce (Homemade)

  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and stir well. Set the burner to warm/melt.

  1. Add the Drakes Crispy Mix to a mixing dish.
  2. Mix in about 3/8 cup of beer well. If you don’t have a good liquid consistency, you may add extra beer or Drake’s mix.
  3. Slice the jalapenos, put them in the beer batter & lightly mix.

  1. Begin by forming 1/4-size balls (larger or smaller depending on how big of a burger patty you want).
  2. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to high heat and place two burger balls on it.
  3. Place parchment paper over one of the balls right away and push down with your burger press for ten seconds. Repeat the procedure with the second ball and the parchment paper.
  4. Dizzy Pig’s Cow Lick seasoning (or your favorite burger spice).
  5. Turn them over and season them once more.
  6. When they’re done, sprinkle the pepperjack cheese on top and let it melt.
  7. While the cheese is melting, drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on a separate plate and toast the buns facing down on the griddle.
