BGE – Garlic Shrimp Scampi is a simple and fast dish to prepare. It’s cooked using white wine, which really brings out the garlic scampi sauce’s taste.

Ingredients

  • Butter (four tablespoons)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 Tablespoons
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine of your choice
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
