Instructions

  1. Start by heating up the Blackstone Griddle on low heat.
  2. Place the muffins face down after brushing them with butter or extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Put a little oil in the Rings of Eggs to create a seal. Add a egg in each and break the yolk with a knife.
  4. When the bottom of the egg is done, run the knife around the exterior of the egg to separate it from the ring. Remove the egg ring and turn the eggs to the other side to finish cooking.
  5. While the other side of the egg is cooking add the Bacon from Canada. After 5 seconds flip the Bacon from Canada.
  6. At this time, everything should be cooked. Assemble the Egg McMuffin by placing a slice of cheese on the bottom muffin followed by the Bacon from Canada, egg and top half of the muffin. Enjoy!

Notes

The optimal temperature for eggs is low. This keeps them from becoming dark brown or black.
